Get to know a little about Christian Buckley.

Even with technological advances, real estate is still very much a relationship business that requires a good fit of personality,

communication, and knowledge. I would like to share a little more about myself to see if you think I am a good fit for you.

As a San Francisco resident since 1994, I have the experience and understanding of the city and it's variety of ever-changing

neighborhoods along with the current sales climate. I take pride in working in many areas of the Bay Area, with a primary focus

on San Francisco. Also, as a service to my office and clients, I have presented quartly on all new construction projects to my

entire office; as a way to increase the knowledge and inventory choices for our agents. They have dubbed me the "new

construction expert".

Prior to becoming a Realtor, I was educated at Capital University in Columbus, OH., and received a B.A. in Biology pre-medicine.

After attending medical school, but ultimately choosing to withdraw after 2 years, I pursued a career in interior design and

studied art, antiques and architecture. For 17 years I worked in San Francisco as the Senior Vice President of Sales in a high-end

antique and fine art gallery, specializing in museum quality items to world collectors. When I felt ready for my next

endeavor, and having such a varied background in home décor, art, antiques and sales, I decided real estate was the logical

progression in my career path.

When not working, I enjoy staying fit, am an animal lover, father, and passionate about supporting education and those who are

underprivileged. One of the greatest gifts you can give a child is a quality education; setting the standard for ambition and

excellence for life. Also, I strongly believe that we have much to be grateful for in living in the Bay Area and feel it is imperative to

give back to our communities. I like to contribute both with my time and financial resources. I choose to support animals

through the SPCA and support education through Build-On (a charity that builds schools in 3rd world countries). I also feel

strongly about being involved as "a citizen of the world community" and support Home for Home, which builds homes for

families in Guatemala. A portion of every sale I make is donated to help build these homes and change lives. Because of my

experience in medical school, I'm also a strong supporter of finding ways to help those living with HIV. I support Art for Aids,

Aids Lifecycle and the Elizabeth Taylor Aids Foundation. With so many varied communities that make up our Bay Area, I like to

lead by example; hoping we will all take part in supporting those organizations that touch our hearts.

I think it is my humanitarian beliefs and true desire to help people that translate well into into my career in real estate. It is very

personal to me to successfully be my clients' trusted expert and confidant. My mission is to blend my own giving nature along

with my knowledge, insight and experience to focus not only on my clients needs, but ultimately helping them achieve

happiness and success on their life path.

While my work is quite a personal experience, it is also strongly rooted in good business practices. Client interaction and

navigating a successful transaction have always been engaging and deeply professionally rewarding. With my background, I

bring a critical and creative eye to every transaction. Clients appreciate my attention to detail, patience, and sharp negotiating

skill; along with my willingness to truly listen, guide, forsee challenges and take action.

My first priority is building a successful long-term partnership with my clients. This means strong communication, expert advice,

and skillful negotiating. When it comes to selling a property, I excel at innovative methods to marketing your home to targeted

buyers. In locating a home to purchase, it is my unyeilding tenacity and well-thought strategy (set for the current market), and

interpersonal relationships in the industry which has led to so many successful purchases for home buyers, expanding families,

clients looking to down-size and investors.
